Alli Fat Blocker Review
Alli
arrived at the perfect time to replace Hoodia Gordonii’s popularity in
people’s eyes. After the fall of Hoodia a few years ago, Alli became
the first alternative for obese treatment. Alli became very popular
since 2004 even though now it’s not as popular as in the recent years.
Basically
Alli is created from Orlistat. Its predecessor, Xenical (which also
uses Orlistat), was a failure on the weight loss market. Learning from
experience, Alli manufacturers only put half dozen of Orlistat in each
of Alli bottle. Alli’s side effects are not as dangerous as Xenical
thanks to this clever movement.
Orlistat plays a
major factor here. With Orlistat, Alli will block 15-25% of your fat
consumption. If Proactol works by binding our fat consumption, Alli
works by blocking our fat consumption. When you eat more fats, Alli
works better. This is a “law” of Alli. Unfortunately Alli’s
effectiveness is doubted by most people after recent studies found that
Alli doesn’t work when we decide to control our food cravings.
How effective Alli is?
Expert doctors suggested Alli for people whose BMI is over 30. Alli is
a good additional fat loss tool but this product alone can’t really
help you. If you fail to control your food cravings and you often eat
foods with high amount of fat, Alli may work well for you. However, the
chance is not 100% because each diet pill has different effect for each
human being.
The side effects:
Despite US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) has approved Alli as a
safe diet pill, but reports showed that Alli may cause annoying side
effects (diarrhea, anal leakage, or urination problems). These side
effects occurs if you consume Alli after you eat foods with high amount
of fat. Now this is the problem. Alli doesn’t work to its maximum
potential when you decide to stop eating fats but the side effects
might attack you once you try to maximize the potential of Alli (by
eating unhealthy foods).
So what to do?
About 20% people who already used Alli said they successfully lost
weight more than 9 pounds per month. But more than 50% of its customers
said Alli only helped them to lose 1-6 pounds per month. The rest of
these people even said Alli didn’t work at all. I believe Alli might
not work for you because it has some dangerous side effects and not
effective for some kinds of people.
