By eating small meals, the body gets supplied with fewer calories that it can easily burn off. Eating fewer large meals results to excess consumption of calories that the body can not easily burn out. This forces the body to store the excess calories in the form of fat and hence weight gain.

The key to weight loss is in eating healthy foods that contain all the nutrients required by the body. Weight loss also requires reduced intake of processed and junk foods. Junk and processed food can be poisonous to the body. They prevent the body from functioning efficiently.
