You need to find the loop holes in the chart and the things that you can skip eating and thus reduce few calories on a daily note.

It may not be easy to do the above because some of the heavy colorific intake might be from your favorite dish. So you need to cleverly replace them with something more healthy and low on calories. Any unhealthy food habits must also be taken care of. For example, you can cut down on the amount of soda that you drink or the amount of mayonnaise that you eat in a meal. Then replace them with something healthier. You can have chicken or fish in place of pork or beef as they are pretty low on fat content as compared to others. So you need to choose carefully.
